These 3 C's have been at the foundation of Drop Fitness.  We strive to create a clean and safe environment that provides excellent coaching to help our community reach their fitness goals.


We welcome all fitness levels, wether you are a beginner or an expert, our programming is made for you because of our ability to modify movements to fit your ability.


Our workouts aim to increase our members' overall fitness not focusing on one aspect but rather incorporating weight lifting, aerobic capacity, endurance and agility.
