Our coaching plan includes 2 face to face (either in person or over video chat) check-ins per month, guidance on creating healthy habits, nutrition knowledge, helpful handouts to keep you on track, and of course access to your Nutrition Coach via Email or Text whenever you have questions.
This is not just a weekly meal plan. This program is here to teach you what real nutrition looks like, help you discover and avoid the reasons why it is difficult for you to stick to a plan, and create a real sustainable nutrition plan that will help you achieve your goals not just for the short term but for the long run.
