In person 6 week postpartum return to fitness program that will leave you feeling more educated, confident and empowered. This includes individualized strength and conditioning workouts specific to postpartum rehab and recovery with emphasis on the pelvic floor.
This includes 2/ 45 minute in person sessions per week for the 6 week program. 12 total classes at Drop Fitness Bakersfield.
Schedule a 1:1 phone call with Monica to discuss your unique pregnancy and/or postpartum fitness strategy. This will answer all of your questions about the ideal program for you, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, vaginal and c-section recovery, returning to running and more.
Consultations are $50 which will be applied as a credit to your program if you decide to go forward.
