COVID 19 Reopening Procedures
Clients may put their membership on freeze or hold, for a period no less than thirty (30) days (or one calendar month), and for a period lasting no more than ninety (90) days (three calendar months) each calendar year.
You can request cancelations within the Drop Fitness App. Please be aware that the request for cancellation does take time to process and must be requested at least 5 days before your next bill to ensure you are not charged.
Plan pauses can new requested through direct message, Text, Call, Email or in person.
