Meet Our Trainers

Monica

Monica has a very athletic background and years ago got attracted to Obstacle Course Racing and working out.  After doing various styles of workouts she fell in love with High Intensity workouts and olympic lifting, her passion was born.  

Once Monica got pregnant she wanted to continue her passion of working out.  She researched and pursued a certification in Pre/Post Natal training and continued her workouts until the night before she went into labor!  She now has the knowledge and experience to help soon to be moms and new moms achieve their fitness training goals at Drop Fitness in Bakersfield.

Joe

Joe has had a passion for fitness for many years, focusing mainly on Obstacle Course racing and HIIT workouts.  Through continued education and training Joe  has learned to coach and train clients to help them achieve their personal goals.
